With a total area coverage of 3,045 hectares which is more than 20% of Mahe Island itself, the Morne Seychellois National Park includes an extensive walking trail network of more than 15 kms. This network encompasses more than 12 separate trails. From the mangrove vegetation near the coast, up to the highest peak of the park that is 905m, the park consists of a wide variety of forest formations.
